Can I track my order (shipping)?
Yes, you can track your shipping through the link, QR code or information that we have provided.
How fast do you ship out items?
If the items are available, they will be shipped ASAP. For Metro Manila you may book a lalamove for same day delivery.
What shipping options do you provide?
For shipping options we have LBC, J&T and other couriers will vary between 1-7 days, it will largely depend on the courier and the destination.
Who will shoulder the shipping fee?
All shipping fees and any other additional charges will be shouldered by the buyer.
Can I return the items I ordered if it is damaged or has defects?
All items released will be inspected and if the items have dents, the customer will always be informed, thus items cannot be returned for the same said dents.
Damages made during shipping does not justify a return, as this is not in our control.
Damages made from customer misuse and any other tampering of the items cannot be returned.
Can I pay for the items only when the delivery service like Lalamove arrives at the pickup location?
Yes, only for same day pickup and deliveries.
Can my items be shipped via couriers like LBC, J&T and others before I make a payment?
Payment should be made beforehand before items can be shipped via LBC, J&T and others.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee will vary especially for different locations, size and weight of the items and couriers. If you have a preferred courier, please inform us beforehand.
Are downpayments required?
Yes, downpayments are required for pre-orders. No downpayment after a pre-order deadline ends means the order will not be made.
Can I still order even after a pre-order deadline ends?
Yes, but the items will be checked first if they are still available. We will not be liable if you missed the pre-order deadline.
Where can I send my payment?
Payments can be made through Gcash or bank transfer.
Do you have any other facebook page or website besides the main facebook page - Otaku Atakku Toys?
No, we only have 1 facebook page and 1 website. Website links provided by the posts and messages from the main facebook page are legit. Links and any other information from other sources claiming to be from Otaku Atakku Toys might be a scam, and we will not be liable.
Where can I make my pre-orders?
You can make pre-orders via the website or dm us on our facebook page.
Can I cancel my pre-order? If yes, can I get back my downpayment?
No, downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only refund any downpayment if the supplier cancels an item.
Why is my pre-order delayed?
Arrival dates are only estimates usually 1 – 3 months after release dates and subject to delay and change without prior notice. Shipment is handled by third parties so delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellations. Rest assured all orders will be fulfilled.
Are all the items in perfect condition?
Not all items are always going to be in perfect condition. All kinds of damages and dents will always be informed to the client before shipping.
Can I use pesonet or any other types of payment?
Yes, but the payment will always be cleared first before we ship the items.
